Send documents only through the folder the office provides
The firm now receives client documents directly in Proton Drive. This website no longer accepts file uploads.
If the office asks for documents, you will receive either a Proton Drive invitation at your email address or a protected, time-limited Proton Drive folder link.
- Open only the invitation or link sent by Porta Law P.C.
- Confirm that the folder name matches the matter reference supplied by the office.
- Upload documents directly to that folder.
- Call (315) 691-3000 if you did not receive the invitation or if the link has expired.
Do not email confidential attachments unless the office specifically instructs you to do so.
